Start a Chapter
If you wish to sponsor a family but see no existing chapters in your area, consider starting a chapter. You would need four other families plus yours to begin. The steps are as follows:
- Confirm that you have a total of five local families who are ready to commit to F-to-F.
- E-mail us at famtofamily@aol.com and we will forward to you the Chapter Chair introduction packet which will include all required directions, guidelines, references and requirements. You will be asked to sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
- Confirm local arrangements such as monthly drop-off location, (usually the Chapter Chair’s home), shipping arrangements, etc. (We are happy to discuss shipping options with you, and we can offer you a 30% discount on FedEx ground shipping.).
- Once we receive the returned paperwork from you, we will schedule a call between you and Pam Koner, the Founder of F-to-F.
- You will be assigned your receiving families and agree on a start-up date.
